Projecting Freedom

The JCC of Manhattan hosts a special Upper West Side screening of Projecting Freedom: Cinematic Interpretations of the Haggadah on Thursday, April 1, at 7:30 PM

Panel Discussion on "Art and Interpretation: New Ways of Looking at Tradition" follows the screening.
Professor Jeremy Dauber, Associate Professor of Yiddish Language, Literature, and Culture at Columbia University;
Esther Kustanowitz, writer;
Rabbi Michael Strassfeld, Society for the Advancement of Judaism.
Rabbi Leon A. Morris, moderator.
Responses will follow by Saul Robbins (curator), and Hanan Harchol (video artist), with other artists in attendance.

Coinciding with the launch of projectingfreedom.org, The Other Seder The JCC For London on March 25th, and The Contemporary Jewish Museum in San Francisco on March 31st.
